Leah Teitlebaum​

CEO and Co-Founder

Leah oversees the direction of all facets of the business. Working behind the scenes, she is the driving force that propels the company to new heights, setting ambitious expectations and quickly exceeding them. Not yet 30 years old, she employs 25+ talented individuals, and exemplifies the values of a true entrepreneur. Energy Electronics is proof positive of Leah’s determination and ingenuity, growing a business that started in a garage seven years ago into a multimillion-dollar enterprise that generates tens of millions of dollars in annual sales. Through the company’s widespread distribution of communications hardware, she continues to connect people all over the world.

Yisroel Teitlebaum

President and Co-Founder

As Co-Founder and President, Yisroel operates day-to-day activities, ensuring that the vision of  Energy Electronics is carried out throughout the enterprise. The quality of the products he chooses to carry is unparalleled in the industry, only to be matched by the speed and efficiency of his operation. Yisroel ensures that the members of his team are destined for success by always striving for bigger and better results. He continuously pushes the limits and empowers those around him in the process. Even with the corporation’s tremendous expansion in recent years, Yisroel retains the personal attention that he gives to every aspect of the business.

John Bruzinski

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, John facilitates an agile organization that operates efficiently and quickly adapts with market demands, customer needs and new technology. John comes to Energy Electronics with over 25 years of experience with Hewlett-Packard.  He has held various roles in Customer Services, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Development.  His last assignment was as Director of Operations for a software business unit of HP.  Before joining Energy Electronics, John ran a successful consulting business, driving strategy and operational change for companies. When he’s not working, John enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing and road biking.

Jessica Castelli

National Account Manager

Jessica leads the sales department at Energy Electronics as the National Account Manager.  She has over 15 years of experience in the logistic and supply chain industry as an Account Executive, Regional Area Sales Manager, and Key Account Manager. Jessica contributes all of her success to the trusted relationships she has established throughout the years.  She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2005 with a BS in Marketing.  In her spare time Jessica enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and 3 kids, and her newest hobby, organizing.

Sue Bednaz

Head of Production

Sue directs all production activities and acts as a conduit between departments, utilizing her versatile skill-set to successfully fill this pivotal role. She has influenced substantial change in her tenure with Energy Electronics, including inventory management, organizational structure, and teamwork. A dedicated leader for her team, Sue empowers her colleagues through guided education. She brings her extensive and diversified work experience in transportation and waste management, safety and environmental compliance, and automotive industries to our leadership team.

Erin Cooney

Head of Compliance

Erin is leading our QEHS compliance development via the pursuit of Responsible Recycling (R2) and the Recycling Industry Operating Standard (RIOS) certifications. Energy Electronics is excited for these progressive, environmentally-conscious standards to shape our workplace and enhance our business. Erin utilizes her experience in human resource management to impact compliance, program development, and change management. She is passionate about competency development and safety culture. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, as well as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for HR Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. She is pursuing certification in PRINCE2 Agile project management.

Director of IT Technology & Processing

Laib Vail has been with Energy Electronics from its modest beginnings. He has made great strides in the company and proudly holds the title of Director of IT and Processing Manager. His passion for his work comes naturally with his creative and inquisitive way of thinking. As a loyal and committed team player, Laib prides himself on being a hard worker and is respected by his colleagues for his dedication.

Head of Customer Services

Ebony utilizes her background in computer science combined with her experience within customer advocacy to lead Energy Electronics’ first-class customer service department. With a goal of establishing unique relationships with our clients, Ebony is dedicated to enabling our customers to harness the capabilities of our products to their fullest potential. She utilizes valued customer feedback to move our company forward.

Mendel Teitlebaum

Head of e-Commerce

Mendel’s team drives customer engagement and fulfillment through Marketplaces.  After earning his degree from Machon Menachem, Mendel entered the e-Commerce industry to pursue his passion in sales and marketing.  In addition to his primary job functions, Mendel is recognized by Energy Electronics for his commitment to customer satisfaction and advocacy.

Shaun Harding

Head of Warehouse and Inventory

As Warehouse Manager at Energy Electronics, Shaun receives, secures and organizes inventory in the climate and humidity controlled warehouse while simultaneously coordinating with other departments to ensure fluidity throughout the corporation. He has over a decade of experience in all areas of warehousing including shipping, receiving, and picking in companies such as Perkin Elmer, XAL Inc, and PTA Plastics. On his off-days, Shaun enjoys softball. During the winter season he travels north to further his passion for snowboarding.
